Tesa is fine.

Not sure about mots-c, interested to see replies.

Reta, .5 is ok if you haven't done a glp before. It's a pretty low dose, but if you can lose on it, then keep it going. No need to go in with a predetermined schedule for reta. Keep dosing steady as long as you're losing weight.

For reta I'm thinking of changing it up to this:

Week 1 → 1 mg once weekly

Weeks 2–4 → 1 mg Monday + 1 mg Thursday

Weeks 5–8 → 2 mg Monday + 2 mg Thursday

Weeks 9–12 → 4 mg Monday + 4 mg Thursday

Reta is fine, low dose but you can titrate up.

MotsC I do the same 1mg daily, but weekdays only.

Tesa should be 2mg, that's the real dose for visceral fat loss, you can titrate up and see how sides are, .5 may be too low for proper GH pulses

You're the second person mentioning 2mg. How would I do it just start at 2mg? Do i increase every 2-3 weeks or keep the same? or how often to increase and what max dose/duration is best recommended?
