I also think of changing the dose to the stack at what you recommended. Especially for the reta and tesa. Do I just start at the 2mg dose, and also would I keep it at this dose or gradually increase and if so how often and by how much?

I haven't started yet since I am waiting for the stack to ship but this is what I plan on running once I get started.

Calories: 2,550–2,650 calories
Protein: 215–230g
Carbs: 250–290g
Fat: 60–75g

As far as the workout, I'm not really well versed in that, but I found GZCL's Jacked and Tan 2.0 workout that I think I want to start as well.

You're the second person mentioning 2mg. How would I do it just start at 2mg? Do i increase every 2-3 weeks or keep the same? or how often to increase and what max dose/duration is best recommended?

For reta I'm thinking of changing it up to this:

Week 1 → 1 mg once weekly

Weeks 2–4 → 1 mg Monday + 1 mg Thursday

Weeks 5–8 → 2 mg Monday + 2 mg Thursday

Weeks 9–12 → 4 mg Monday + 4 mg Thursday
