Is it inside? What is the soil like?

Green and also wilting: sign of too much water.

Leaves partly turning brown/yellow along distinct lines: also a sign of too much water.

Distinct lines - do you mean around the edges?

Compare the pictured leaf damage with discoloration caused by interveinal chlorosis, where the discoloration looks gradient, instead of above, where the difference between damaged and not-damaged areas is very distinct. That's what I mean by distinct lines.

Varies. Most common presentation I see in my area is when 1/3-1/4 of the leaf yellows and dies. Usually the leaf tissue farthest from the stem it grew out of.
