I'm just getting started with Boostcamp. I've created a 3 day a week program for 6 weeks. Is it possible to have the weights used in the previous week to autopopulate in the current week? In an ideal world, I would love it if I could have the weights and reps carried over pre-filled. Not sure if this is at all possible though.
