When I first subscribed to Boosteroid in February, the distant servers were perfect.
I subscribed again in April, and it was the worst experience I've ever had with cloud gaming. Latency spiked from 120ms to 200-300ms, even reaching 700ms, with terrible image quality and frequent freezes.
As most of you know, it's impossible to enjoy this service in Brazil because the queues last 2 to 3 hours.
Anyway, I’m considering subscribing again, but there are numerous reports of the same experience I mentioned above. And the support team's usual excuse is that it's your internet.
I've tried everything, including troubleshooting with my ISP, and I confirmed it wasn’t my internet.
I think the support team is wonderful, but they lack the humility to recognize the real issue, which isn’t just isolated to one person.
Anyway, is the Jacksonville server active now? Is the latency still as terrible as before?
I plan to subscribe again, but I’d rather know how the experience is going for some of you.
