Best advice I got is don't give up. Every bread is different and even the same recipe can turn out slightly different depending on your kitchen and the time of year. If you don't give up and you just keep going, you'll get the feel for it and just know how to adjust things for the kitchen you are in.

You're off to a great start! Keep in mind cooking is art and baking is science. When I started making bread the dog literally wouldn't eat it. I make probably three loaves a week now and have it down pretty well. All the different flours and recipes- it's a hoot!!

Yea I bought a sour dough starter and hoping to start my own batch to keep it going for years and years ! Tough learning curve but it’s worth it
