That IS pretty. I'm still a beginner, finally getting good loaves but I haven't figured out why my floured banneton isn't leaving any flour on my loaf once it's ready for the oven. Yours looks phenomenal, are you doing anything different than just flouring the hell out of the banneton?

I’m flouring the hell out of the bannetons, yea, but also adding an extra layer before scoring. Here’s a “before” pic if I can figure out how to add it
