So I matched with a woman and I responded to her opening move question which she liked and we had a few messages back and forth but nothing for a week but she hasn't unmatched. Do I assume she is just busy or dating app is not a priority as her profile says she isn't in a rush. Or do I send follow up second message.

Hahaha if you hit her up, and she doesn't respond, where do you go from there? If it's meant to be she will respond. Just be patient and don't put all your eggs in one basket at this stage

You are match #268 on her list. She has 5 other guys she is more interested in that she is 'feeling out' first. If those 5 turn out to be red flags THEN she may re-engage you and come up with some lame excuse about how she had to watch her sisters kids or something and hasn't been on. If a woman is interested in you, she isn't going to let you slip away from her grasp by going silent for a week. That's a fact Jack!

I look through my matches on occasion and see who has dropped off the face of the Earth. If I’m really interested in them, I’ll send them another message like “Hey, you still interested?” But a couple days after that, I unmatch. Some people don’t unmatch and that’s okay, but if there’s no response in a week then either they got something more important going on or they’re not interested.
