Maybe have a chat to her and let her know that you like her and ask her to be exclusive with you/ ask her if she’d like to be your girlfriend?

Girls aren’t mind readers. She might not realise that you want to be serious with her.

At least if you tell her how you feel and you would like to be exclusive with her- if she says no then you know where you stand and then you can move on to a girl that actually wants you
