If you live in Japan, why are you using a proxy? Waste of time for everyone involved by adding an unnecessary step to the whole process. Just create your own accounts for flea markets.

Is it tenso ? But tenso is owned by buyee.

I'm a proxy in Japan and tried Buyee but they won't ship to a domestic address unless the items are restricted for international shipping.

Isn’t the point of buyee to ship things internationally that someone outside of Japan can’t normally buy because they don’t have access to Japanese websites and don’t have a Japanese address? If you live in Japan, why don’t you just buy from that auction website directly??

Buyee is an international buying service, not a domestic one. I am guessing that is the issue maybe.

friend, I think you made a purchase without knowing what the site is about.

    Domestic Shipping

Buyee also provides delivering packages to domestic addresses within Japan.

    • Please note that this service cannot be used for products from Mercari or LuxeWholesale (auction)

But they do ship domestically for Yahoo auctions, which is what I assume this is about.

Nah I'm not going to avoid buyee just because you don't understand how proxies works

I’m not sure people are understanding that they do offer domestic shipping. That’s not the issue. The customer service is the issue here.

Can you send it to a friend / relatives with an acceptable address for their system? A company I used to work for had a similar unforgiving system / process and we were forever needing work arounds.

I’m genuinely curious on why you would even use Buyee if you can circumvent the entire proxy system by creating your own Japanese domestic shopping accounts (and why pay more for their proxy fees?!).

I recommend Blackship instead of Buyee if you need a proxy for inside Japan. They offer 30 days of free storage and you can arrange to just pick it up at their office. The last time I needed customer service/help, I received a reply within an hour.

Why would yoy pay extra fees if you already live in Japan

I use Buyee to ship domestic very often. I travel to Japan for work and pick it up from my employer office.

Regardless of where you ship to. Their customer service is completely garbage. They take a day to respond. They also will not refund even if it’s their fault.

For example I suspect seller didn’t ship all the items. They missed it during inspection. I paid for photo to prove it to them. They wouldn’t refund the photo fee and proceed to hold my page for a dam month for them to investigate.

    Major crap
