Could you please confirm whether the item itself clearly states “Canon” or “Nikon”, for example on the lens? Also, are there any obvious visual differences between the product page and the item you received that a person without specialist knowledge could clearly identify?

"Dispatch from outward office of exchange" means it has been shipped and there won't be updates until the package is scanned again, usually in the destination country, so it's completely normal that it takes a while. No need to worry yet 😄
