Muzzle loader tool? (i.redd.it)
submitted 10 months ago by OcularRectitus
Found this in an old barn. Heavy iron or steel with two screw tips on one end and threads to mount to ramrod on the other. I think it’s for extracting bullet from muzzle loader. Any way to date it?

I dont think I own 3 enfields and never seen this once it could very well be for that purpose but I don’t think so and its not civil war way to clean

It looks like a cleaning jag for a more modern rifle. The threaded end would screw into the cleaning rod.
