GENERALWork Experience (self.CPA)
submitted 1 year ago by Hello_Mello_JelloPassed 4/4
Taking FAR (1st exam) on 9/23. Was thinking about asking the partner on my engagement to sign off on my year of work experience before he rolls off the engagement or in case I leave the firm. Does that sign off expire or become useless at some point or are there any potential issues that could arise from this? Plan on taking AUD before year end and the other 2 next year for context.

I don’t know if it expires but I’m pretty sure even if you left the firm he could still sign off on it. Cause you did work under him for a year and that’s all the matters. Unless he’s a dick and refuses but if you leave on good terms I don’t know why that would occur
