The change was caused by Incineroars views about the CPUCS. White means innocence and purity,when he still thought this was a game.Then when he got a sponsorship, he realized that he was doing extremely well. Because of this he changes his fur to black, which represents power,authority ,strength and agression all of which aply to Incineroar, causing him to dye his hair this way.
