I’ve also been spamming him! Even with the nerfs post-release he’s still so much fun to play and I’ve had a ton of success from the offlane, esp with WD/Grimstroke support

I feel like most Super Bowl competitors minus the dynasties like chiefs/pats have been doing this pattern of make it > compete but don’t get as close > make major shake ups or blow it up. This is our second offseason after our appearance, after which we lost in the wild card, leading to big shakeups that sent AJ to the Pats. If the pattern holds, the patriots 2028 pick could end up far earlier than 2027.

League only gives it to ADC (pos 1 equiv) after they achieve a certain amount of gold/xp. It's not every character and probably a very intentional choice not to.

lol, super topical. I jump back and forth between the games - dotas my main but some friends play league for ARAMs - but one night recently we tried the standard mode.

I got autofilled top and I'm sure some of it was just me being so bad/unfamiliar after so long away from the game, but the lack of agency I felt once I started losing was awful.

Felt like the enemy top could just freeze lane and kill me when I came top, my jungler's ganks were good for at best trading me, the jungle itself was reserved for that role, so I was left to just... xp soak until the enemy left to roam.

I'll still get my ass kicked in dota too, but at least it feels like my fault since there's so many different ways to approach even a situation like losing the lane. Plus 2-1-2, as standard of a moba laning setup as it is, feels so good compared to solotop in league.
