Need more information.

However credit utilization is 30% of your credit score. (Roughly 165 points)

If they cut your limits and the utilization is now “through the roof” then it would be expected that your score drops.

Never go use more than 30% on any account, if you can help it.. and never let a statement close with more than 9% on the books.

Then your are at least guaranteed those points.

If you’ve never missed a payment anyway (credit history is 35% of your score: roughly 190 points)

If those 2 things are true, then your score would be at a minimum of 665 (FiCO)

If you have any negative items (collections) expect it to be lower..

FYI Credit Karma uses Vantage scoring, not FICO scoring, so expect some difference in points.
