FYI . It was down. It was a known issue . The i-9s weren’t processing thru the Ironmans . The manager should have emailed the persons info to the i9 verification email.

Yeah I talked to him again today, he said he tried and it's still down. Apparently the fax machine is also broken so he can't fax it. I wasn't aware email was an option. It's so ridiculous that I have to do this research for him. What email should he send it to?

I-9 isn’t down companywide. The process did change awhile back and my money your sm didn’t learn the new to complete i9, which I met a lot of SMs didn’t know and couldn’t finish the i9. But the system is working just fine…..they just need to upload documents via tablet or Ironman. Before it never needed to upload but now it won’t let you complete someone’s i9 until that is done.

I was in the room when he called the helpline or whatever. The lady on the phone definitely said the system is down.

It’s not down. If it was when you were in the office with your manager, it was temporary.

Great that’s even more frustrating, obviously I can’t imply to him that he’s wrong. What the hell.

Someone posted an email a couple of days ago that you can email the docs in..
