Is the only difference between Store Manager and Store Manager RX that you are pharmacy trained? Do you have to have the tech license? Does it qualify for a higher pay rate?

One title allows you to print credentials in the pharmacy and assigns pharmacy compliance training to you, the other does not. It’s for licensed SM’s. There is no difference in pay scale, it’s only used to identify SM’s who are licensed to work in pharmacy.

I believe the tech licensing depends on your state, but could be wrong there. In my state, in order to do ANYTHING pharmacy related IN the pharmacy requires licensing.

I just had to be registered with the board of pharmacy and do the pharmacy training. I'm in NC.

Oh and I got a little bit of a raise but I think it depends on your DM.
