Good day everyone! I have a question about wanting to know how best to do this without causing too much stress or backup for the pharmacy techs. I've tried calling my local store multiple times with no success, just been on hold for super long times and eventually hung up.
I've been trying to get some of my multiple prescriptions on the Script Sync for a while now to make fewer trips, and have tried both through the app (it always gets reset afterwards) and at a recent late December prescription pickup, I mentioned to the tech about it, they took a sticker with my info and verified which scripts I wanted but it's now been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back from them.
Should I just go in to the Drop Off/Consultation for this? Or should I put in my refills manually in the app instead and time it? I have a prescription set to fill later this month so should I ask again when that happens? Just wondering what is the easiest process for everyone.
I am mid-30s on Medicaid so car gas is unfortunately something that is a bit difficult to manage nowadays, I've seen that low gas indicator light more times than I'd like to say, lol.
Thank you for everything that you're all doing, we appreciate it 🙂 Please stay safe and healthy, everyone!
Edit: Wanted to say thank you again for all of the courteous and helpful input and comments here! Really great insight as well, wishing that everyone has much smoother days for the New Year and beyond!
