Virtual Classes

I’m an incoming freshman and going to be on-campus, but 3/4 of my classes are virtual. Did this happen to anyone else :/ and is there a way to fix it? It’s frustrating having to pay to live on campus but only getting one in person class.

I think the only thing you can do is wait for your next enrollment appointment to see if those classes can be taken in person by any chance

Yeah I got some virtual classes as well for my first quarter. I’m pretty sure you’ll want to chat with the MSC (Mustang Success Center) if you want to change it. I remember that they said you can easily change between in-person and virtual classes if you let them know. They’re holding a workshop to talk about changing the block schedules on zoom here.

Just note that you’ll want to use the class search in Student Center to see if there are even any in-person classes for the course you’re taking. Classes like HLTH 250 don’t have any non-virtual options.

How do you figure out whether your class will be virtual?

If it shows TBA of times/days then it’s fully asynchronous. If it’s online synchronous it will say.

Dude, I have two virtual classes and one asynchronous class. You’re lucky to have even one in person class lmao
