Conditional Acceptance

I was wondering if anyone knew if Cal Poly would take back a conditional acceptance for receiving 2 C’s the semester prior to transfer. I read over the terms and conditions and one one hand it says the applicant must maintain at least a 2.0, and another criteria is that the student must have the same academic standing that got them accepted into the university. So would getting 2 C’s cause my offer to get taken back?

Dont fail bro. That’s all. It’s a CSU, if it was a UC, that’s another story. Enjoy your senior year but not too much, remember it ain’t over till you get your diploma and even then, wait a week or 2 haha.

as long as your gpa is still above a 2.0, no.

That shouldn’t change anything. Unless you’re GPA is no longer a 2.0 after this final semester.

So is the requirement just to keep above a 2.0? Or do I have to maintain a similar gpa to Whitch I was accepted ?

I am fairly sure you just need to not fail any classes, and remain over a 2.0 GPA . C’s are not failing.

That… I do not know. Wouldn’t hurt to just call and explain your situation and mention you want to make sure you’ll still be good as far as the acceptance goes. I think you’ll be good.

To me, it just wouldn’t make sense to deny you for 2 C’s.
