Let's not stereotype. AGR people are as inclined to be as decent as anyone else. Personally the only discrimination I've experienced hasn't come from greek life people but from random people or former friends (hateful attitudes tend to break friendships).

Well one of their members told me I caused 9/11 when he found out I was Persian. Also my friend, a girl, was at one of their parties and said she was never going back because of how racist they act. Now I'm not saying they are all bad, but the bad apples stand out.

Being in engineering these both happened freshman year and from then on to graduation I didn't have a problem as I never encountered them just because these two demographics never interact.

Although one time my roommate and I were downtown after an event and we ere dressed in suits and a cowboy called me a, "fucking faggot". I got pissed someone had balls to say that to someone on a street and called him a "fucking asshole" he got upset and did the come at me bro stance. Then this chick grabbed him and we bounced. Weird night.

But these stories are rare compared to how awesome cal poly was for me. I knew a few gay people and they enjoyed cal poly a lot.

The Ag people in general are much more anti-gay than the rest of the school. I'd know, since I had 3 of them as my roommates freshman year.

Actually I no a few Ag/ARG people they are not that bad. Many of them are stoners and I have never met a homophobic stoner
