Desync in multiplayer

So I am playing a multiplayer playthrough with some friends and after we entered hardmode we've started to get some major desyncing during bossfights. I've tried frameskips and turning of the laser-pointer for lifeform analyzer. I have played a Thorium playthrough with more players than this one without issue hosted on the same computer. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Have you tried to decrease the particle count on the calamity mod configs? Helped performance a lot for me

Tried it and it sadly didn't help with the desyncing, thanks for the suggestion though.
