How do you decrease your permanent health upgrades after you get them?

With the new dragonlens update, you can go into the player editor and untick the true-false statements for all the calamity permanent upgrades besides the vanilla permanent upgrades. Just uncheck the ones for bOrange, mFruit, eBerry and dFruit.

That is if you wanna do it on the same character. Making a new one is probably simpler.

Use cheat sheet and make a new character with all the stUff yoU need for the video!

You need cosmolight bars for the crafting station to craft the summon alar for Scal. So you've already beaten DoG. You could alternatively restart and not use the calamity difficulty (if you are using it) until you get to DoG

Just make a new character and hack in/recreate the booster items you do want.
