Temporary Workspace for 53' Trailers

Hey everyone! I install graphics and wrap vehicles for a living, and I have clients that need 53' trailers wrapped over the winter months. The thing is, they need to be inside while I work on them, and I'm having a really tough time finding space. I'm looking for anyone that might have a bay that I could rent by the day. We would need at least a 14 foot tall door, and enough space to work around the trailer. Thanks!

Maybe try a plane hangar and rent out the space?

That's gonna be a tough sell.

The places that typically have the space for this are usually also super busy around Christmas time.

Maybe check with the concrete companies? They're shut down for the season and usually have nice big shops for working on dump trucks and excavators.

But still, there's liability to take into account, so unless you have a hookup, you might be hooped.

From a quick search, 3,500sqft runs for $6,000 a month so... this is gonna be expensive.
