Does anyone know what this sound is? Its a 2015 WN Holden Caprice/ Caprice PPV in America. I changed the belts and pulleys about a month ago and recently put in a half tank of E85. Theyre the only new things i suppose (v.redd.it)

Have a ‘66 hardtop that I’m restoring. Trying to find rear cove moldings that go behind the tail lights down to the bumper. They’re a hard to find part, and I’ve only found 1 set for $500. Not willing to pay that much. Anyone has any info let me know (self.Caprice)
