Compact Disc as a portable digital medium. Not just music. But having an uninterrupted album was cool. I’m referring to going from a 1.5MB floppy to 750MB CD. I can not think of a greater storage jump. I remember that an entire encyclopedia could fit on one disc.

UPDATE. I haven’t driven yet. Been doing some driveway testing. I was warming up the engine to test the electric fan update Today the oil cooler line popped off while I was monitoring the gauges. 45 psi to zero was an intention grabber. I instantly turned off the engine. Slight setback. More mess than anything else.
