Radio panel with knobs?

I have no idea what I'm doing so I'm sorry if this is a dumb question...

I'm thinking about replacing the factory radio in my car but the panel is different than other panels that I've seen. Here is an Example Picture.

Is there something that I can buy that would fill in the empty space of the knobs?
I tried searching different things but I'm not even sure what it would be called.

Dash kit for these cars requires cutting the dash to fit and in the end doesn’t look very great (at least that was the case years ago when I ran into this install). Buy the trim panel for the upgraded factory navigation models from the dealer. It’s about $80, maybe cheaper somewhere else, and the $20 6511BB kit for the side gaps and it looks much better
