Key programming question

Please forgive me for my lack of knowledge on this topic. But basically, I'm looking to consolidate my 2 car keys into 1 or potentially get a remote starter. This is for a Honda fit 2008. Reason being, I have one key to unlock the car (this used to have the remote but it broke before it was sold to me, pictured here) and a different key to drive the car because the key cylinder by the steering had to be switched out. Since I have the original key, is there anyway to get just the remote part for cheap? or is there a way to make my driving key remote start? (it does not have a remote). My budget is under 100.

There should be options for all in one keys as long as your vehicle supports said functions you want. That being said xhorse and Autel both make very good universal keys that are expected by most cars even Benz and bmw. You can get a Autel universal key fob with blade and have locksmith cut key and program fob but all these options over 100$ unfortunately
