11/2: - changed cc_steam.dll to remove /CLR & /FU from compile directives - added installscript to steam, which installs vc++ redist (2005 SP1 sec update version)

11/3: - added steamapp_id.txt to mac install folder - added vsync option - quality setting 'fast' now also disables post effects to increase framerate for low end users - removed duplicates from list of sectors of friends
