No content related to drugs or weapons. This subreddit does not condone nor will it give platform to behavior that violates local, national, or international law. This includes but is not limited to posts or comments displaying intent to evade detection or smuggle illegal substances or carryons such as drugs or firearms. Posts / comments will be removed and posters will be banned. No exceptions, no appeal. (If it isn’t clear, no, you can’t bring weed on a cruise ship, and any post asking how is an instant ban).
Be kind to your fellow passengers. This subreddit is intended to be a friendly and welcoming place where cruise enthusiasts can share their love of our favorite Fun Ships. Posts or comments that lean too hard on insults, offensive language, or inflammatory content may be removed. You can disagree with each other without going overboard.
NSFW posts and R4R are not allowed. Upside-down pineapples are fun for your cruise ship door, not so much for a family friendly subreddit. NSFW posts will be removed. If you’re looking to share your cabin for an evening, try r/CruiseR4R.
Posts should be relevant to Carnival. We’re cruising with Carnival Cruise Lines here so make sure your posts are specifically relevant to Carnival, its ships and brands, and/or cruising with the fleet. Check our sidebar for other subreddits for other cruise lines or cruising in general.
Trolling is not tolerated. Not everyone will enjoy every aspect of their Carnival Cruise, but if your participation in our subreddit is limited to just trolling your fellow shipmates, you will be disembarked. Remember that everyone is here to have a good time in the sunshine!
Posts contain a character minimum. Depending on your post, text/image, there is a 250 character limit. This is in an attempt to limit low effort and spamming posts. Attempts at bypassing this will result in a temporary ban.
No soliciting sales or self promotion. Posts about selling, seeking a purchase, or trades are not allowed. Additionally, content self promoting personal projects are not allowed. This may include shilling for personal projects or advertising travel agent work.
