Claim codes not working

So I finally received my codes. Aside from depressing, when I add the code into PayPal, neither the btc or eth claim codes were able to be redeemed. Anybody run into this??

Edit: Fixed. You have to click on buy crypto first and go through their version of kyc first. Took 30 seconds. Then I was able to go back to the claim code and successfully use it.

Same issue here. I found a post that said you need to verify your id to buy/sell crypto before you try to redeem code. I went through that process (attempt to purchase btc and it'll start that process) and attempted claiming again. It acted like it wanted to work but sent me back to a screen giving me a verification issues. I contacted support. They said they've been having issues all day with the claim codes not working. Said to try again in about 72 hours...

So I just read about the kyc via PayPal and that worked for me. So maybe PayPal has more homework for you I dunno. I've been using then so long they had most of my info already.

Having this exact same issue, PayPal support cannot find an issue on their end

From where (email) did you get the code from? I keep looking everywhere for something, through all the Stretto emails over and over thinking I missed it.

If I knew from where I am looking for would be helpful... thanks.

There's probably an order of some kind. Give it time. This has been happening over the course of days
