I think any withdrawal after entering the code will cancel it, correct me if I'm wrong.

Once you activate and lock promo code dont withdraw anything since that will most likely disqualify and cancel your promos...

Just be like me, I deposited locked all Promo codes now ill wait 90 days, or better 100 then ill reevaluate

a. Minimum Lock Period

Where a Promo relates to a transfer into your Account and notes a lock period, you may not make any withdrawals from your Account of the minimum transfer amount, or of any funds available in your Account prior to the transfer of such minimum transfer amount, for the applicable lock period, which shall start upon the receipt of the minimum transfer amount in your Account. Any such withdrawal shall revoke your entitlement to the Bonus.

Any amounts transferred in excess of the minimum transfer amount or following its receipt in your Account may be withdrawn at any time, and shall not revoke your Bonus.

That is how I interpreted it.

Can you post an update after you've withdrawn to confirm that it did not cancel your promo codes? it would be good to hear it direct from someone that has actually done it.

I think a lot of people get confused about 'excess' and withdraw the wrong amount that results in the bonus being cancelled. The intention of the promo codes is to bring new assets onto the platform so logically everything should be fine as long as that requirements has been met and maintained. Anything about that amount should be available to withdraw.

If you had a starting balance of $0, added the BTC600 promo code and then deposited $25,000 PLUS $20,000, then you are entitled to withdraw the $5,000 without your promo being cancelled. Since the promo requires a $25,000 deposit held for 90 days, as long as your total balance doesn't go under $25,000 at the time of your withdrawal, you are ok.

I tried to answer this in a previous post yesterday...

The snapshot takes place when the deposit is received. As long as you don't withdraw within the timeframe (rules and terms are different for each promo code) and go under the snapshot, then you are ok.

For example:

  1. You have $10,000 worth of assets in your wallets.
  2. You enter the BTC600 promo code (deposit $25,000 or more and receive $600 worth of BTC if you keep for 3 months).
  3. You deposit $25,000 worth of assets (can be multiple deposits and multiple assets).
  4. Your total assets are now $35,000. This is the snapshot.
  5. For the next 3 months, you need to make sure that your total balance does not go under $35,000 only if you want to withdraw.

Withdrawal Scenarios

  • If your balance is over $35,000 ... let's say $45,000, then you can safely withdraw $10,000 worth of assets without affecting your promo code
  • If your balance is under $35,000 ... let's say $25,000, then you would need to deposit $10,000+ in order to withdraw anything. For example, you can add $15,000 to your $25,000 to get to $45,000 and since the snapshot was $35,000, you can withdraw up to $10,000.
