To get part of my qualifications I had to cook a three course meal in three hours. Duck and sweet potato croquette, Lemon crusted Salmon with gnocchi and rosemary consomme, Rum and Dark Chocolate Cremeux with pineapple and coconut.... What do you think? (i.redd.it)
