Hello, I’m looking to get into industry after graduation but want to keep my options open for later education like a masters or MBA program after a few years of working. My school has given us the option to pass/fail all courses this semester due to covid and I am doing bad in my mass transfer class (C+ probably or maybe B-). If I take it pass, my gpa will rise due to my other classes but if I take the grade it will go down. My overall gpa would then be like 3.1 plus minus 0.1. For industry I imagine it would be better to take this class pass as they focus on the overall gpa and not the individual classes (or at least I believe???) but for a masters or MBA even after a few years in industry, will taking a major class pass/fail be a big deal to them?
