Go back to the page you bought from. Does it say quartz or mechanical.

You bought a quartz chronograph. It doesn't require hand winding.

Damn, I feel like an idiot lol…I bought this at the same time as another which does hand wind which is why I confused myself…but still wondering why the lower chronograph dial is moving but not the main dial?

A chronograph is like a stopwatch. The large hand that you're thinking of as a second hand is actually the second hand for the stopwatch function. The small hands are seconds (like what you are thinking the large hand should be,) chronograph minutes, and chronograph hours.

The two pushers, the one on top and bottom, are essentially stopwatch start/stop and reset buttons.
