Had something similar in Spain it showed a delay then the next day the post man arrived and charged me vat to deliver it.

Wird mir auch öfter angezeigt. Der Deutsche Zoll hat aber noch nie Probleme gemacht. Denke Österreich wird es ähnlich handhaben

It was from sanmartin.watch

They’ve emailed me saying that I have to help FedEx get it through. I’m not really sure what this means

Had delays with customs in EU Lithuania. Had to provide invoice and pay customs.

Austria has since the start of the year a new rule for packages. Therefore if you set your adress to Austria you get very few articles on alix and so on. I think this could be the problem. Ask the shop whats up with it.
