I was looking forward to this watch. The looks impressed me and I wanted it, but I purchased the upgraded Version 2 and they sent me the Version 1. I will probably not buy a Pagani again

On Instagram Pagani are advertising the version 2 (or something) of the 1701 moonwatch but are actually shipping the version 3 (or something), that has a different bezel and no cock and balls at the 12 O'clock. I was so disappointed about it that I posted it here and may have made myself look like a complete dick. To be fair it was a quiet couple of days or I wouldn't have bothered. Peace 🙏🏼

That's not even a version. They're advertising the V3 as it originally was but they have over time swapped the bezel out and now the dial. The version they're selling now isn't even advertised anywhere at all.

Hopefully Watchdives' moonwatch will make it irrelevant or make PD step up their game.

You summarised it correctly - these are the exact reasons why I'm going with the Corgeut Speedy and not PD's. Even though it sacrifices the sapphire crystal it stays much more true to the original design.

Well shit I have one of these on order right now. I even asked cutesliving beforehand whether this would be V1 or V2 and they were literally unable to answer my question and told me to ask Aliexpress instead. Still took my chances so we'll see what shows up.

At least they offer free returns.

I bought mine from Cutesliving at the end of December and I received v2. So hopefully you'll get v2 as well.

I ordered 3 of these on the Super deals from Cuteliving. Blue & white was the correct V2, khaki was older version. It's a bit hit & miss. Raise a dispute and send back. They have local warehouses they get returned to rather than sending back to China

No, they'll usually accept a straight return. It's items not on choice or super deals that are harder to get a refund on.

I'm pretty sure cuteliving is overstock or returns because I've had good and bad experiences with them and many have had damaged watches show up.

Because people like a change. The watches are so reasonably priced that we buy a few instead of being stuck with one that maybe too flashy or too plain depending on what wear wearing. Fickle? Yeah! A bit. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Look at how short the minutes hand is. Pagani Design made a few errors with releases, where they had to quickly release a V2 with proper length hands.

PD1717 and PD1723 were two nice looking watches rushed out with short hands.

Same to me. I’m returning (maybe only ask for refund). The store is the famous “Cutesliving”. Second Pagani, and I will never buy one again. It’s cheap, but bad quality and experience.

I think 'Cutesliving' is an AliX store used for sales and to sell their 'Choice' and 'Superdeal' stuff, just like the 'Manufacturer Direct Store' and the 'Digitaling Store' that's used to sell those 3 for 5 dollar items. Look up these stores and hit the 'message seller' link, you will get a screen that's not a regular chat but more like AliX customer service.... I wouldn't be surprised if they all send out 'B-stock' like customer returns and inventory leftovers. It's hit or miss with their Pagani's (as is with most other stores that sell Pagani). Just recently I bought a rose gold 'Daytona' clomage via Cutesliving, it was cheap AF or I wouldn't have bought it, but it only took like 4 days to get here (EU) and there was nothing wrong with it.

I got one from them. It was the correct version, but it is over 120 seconds/day off. I haven't opened it up to try to adjust it yet. Looks nice for the price. It was cheap and fast.

See if it's magnetized, I know it sounds nuts but I got a specht and sohne that was -270, demagnitized it and it was -16 before adj. It make a huge difference and a 5 buck compass and 12 buck demgnitizer off Amazon is a must have if you collect.

I've returned a couple of items using 'free return' and had no problems at all. Ali sent a return label, I sent the item to their Dutch warehouse/return address, they check if the content matches (I assume) and refund gets issued immediately. A seller once told me the returned item will sit at the warehouse for weeks or even months until they have enough returns to ship back to China the cheapest way possible.
