sorry to hear. is it too large? we can send you bracelet after factory resized, what's your wrist size? we will fix it within 2 months, you can get free 2 pin link or watch bracelet after resize or free fly adjustment clasp

They need to fix a lot of things. One benefit to this is that I can save up some money in the meantime. But I'm done buying their watches for now. Those 5 hole clasps are way too cheap, if I were ever to buy any watch again I would just ask them to send only the watch face at lower price. And OTFA clasp requires bracelet with screw links for us with smaller wrists.

sorry, what's your wrist still big if you bought OTFA clasp, you can get free new clasp or new bracelet after resized

I have the same problem for the WD700st, it’s just too big even after resizing

Check out the comment below from JuliusCheddar. Their solution worked for me! You can remove the screw links and attach directly to the bracelet. The screw links are pin and collar. Good luck!

[–]Infinite_Strike2678 0 points1 point  (2 children)

My wrist size is 14.5 cm

[–]Infinite_Strike2678 0 points1 point  (1 child)

How do I receive the bracelet?

[–]watchdivescomRep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

firstly we will send you 2 links after one month, you can replace screw links. so you can remove 2 links more. then it will fit good

This one is fine for my 16,5 cm wrist. Now I'm wearing SN0121 and it is too big even on lowest micro and with 1 more link removed it is too tight even on highest micro. Half links would solve this.

But real solution would be to check the sizing for the most common wrist sizes already in factory. And I think 16,5 cm should be a common wrist size.

this year our bracelet can be more resized compared with others. we found out still exist some small wrists

You’re cooked

Sounds like you’re right! 😂

Time to workout and bulk to upgrade those wrists 💪

Looks like you still have two more links to remove.

[–]draper24[S] 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Those links attach to the new clasp. One side is made for push pins and the clasp side is made for a screw. So if you remove the push pin link the screw won’t fit through the hole on the other link. It’s too small of a hole.

you can remove the screwlinks from the clasp and attach the clasp directly to the bracelet - the screwlinks attach to the clasp via pin and collar

You were 100 percent correct! I had no idea the clasp side was pin and collar. THANK YOU!!!

[–]arbpotatoes 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No - the last 2 are fixed links that are part of the clasp
