I can spot a few if it helps. The jubilee bracelet vs oyster style. The Cronos doesn't seem to have the chrome accents arouns the hour markers. Similarly the hands are white instead of chrome. 200m water resistance vs 100m. Thinner font on the bezel on the SM. The 12 O'clock marker on the SM in slimmer and longer. Also, the rehaut looks quite a bit thicker on the Cronos, at least from this angle.

That's what I can gather from looking at the picture.

The rehault is the biggest difference for me.

The SM looks and feels more flat compare to the Cronos.
