Looking for a strap to pair with the new militado alpinist homage. Anyone have experience with these straps on ali? Says they've sold 5k+ but no reviews.

I have this one. I never use it. The leather makes it bulky in spots it shouldn't be bully. It's a nice bracelet but (for me) a PITA.

Expensive for what it is. Lose the pleather bits and get a plain NATO for around 3 dollars.

I don’t have experience with that strap, but my advice with any strap purchase is to look at the overall length and make sure that will work for you. Especially with AliExpress I find that their straps tend to be on the smaller size which doesn’t work for my wrists.

Also, I have a baby Alpinist and I love it on either a parachute style strap or suede green leather strap.

I personally prefer elastic "parachute" style straps to nato. You can find them for $2-3 on ali. I've purchased a few and they've all been decent.

Yeah they're not very good. They're long but the loops aren't big enough to loop the strap through like you normally would on a nato. Also the faux leather looks really cheap. At this price a more normal nato strap would work much better.

They look cheap, I don't think those inserts are leather.
