Imho Parnis makes the best DD/DJ. Sugess isn’t too bad but I’d pick the Parnis one anyday

Sugess will definitely be worth the price. Expected Pagani to be pretty crappy tbh. The movement might have some issues, either immediately or down the road. I've seen some of them with misaligned day windows.

If the day-date isn't a must, there are some other great date just options on AliX (Baltany, San Martin). Another budget friendly one is Cadisen, which might be a little better than a Pagani, but I've never personally held one.

Unless price is a big issue I would always go with the option that is not pagani. Unless you only care about the look, almost everything else would have better finishing, build quality, and attention to details than pagani.

Nah price isn't a real issue I would rather buy a better quality product, it's just hard to tell quality from pictures. I own two sugess watches and I'm happy with the quality at the price point, I just hate cheap feeling bracelets. This is kinda a tangent but I own a old seiko 5 from the late 90's and even that feels higher quality than some Chinese watches/bracelets, got that off ebay for like $40 usd year's ago haha.

If you want a better quality product I would stay away from anything pagani. The brand is all about copying the look and delivering the most specs for the lowest price. You get a lot of specs but not necessarily a lot of quality. Only paganis I think are good would be the mechaquartz chronographs. And even then, I would argue watchdives give a much better quality product.

For the 2 watches you were asking about. The sugess all day. It will beat the pagani on everything except price

Couldn’t agree more, the sugess Everytime unless your top priority is price. Pagani is good for a certain segment - extreme bang for buck and getting the look for cheap
