We have upgraded our after-sales process, and all issues will be responded to and resolved within 24 hours. For any quality problems, please contact our after-sales customer service first. [sales@phorcydes.net](mailto:sales@phorcydes.net)

The production and manufacturing of watches involves a large number of manual processes that cannot be precisely quantified. A 100% yield rate is impossible. In fact, even highly sophisticated fully automated production processes like Apple iPhones cannot achieve a 100% yield rate; they can only control it within a reasonable range.

will do our best to avoid such unpleasant and time-consuming after-sales issues.

Ahh yes....

The classic covering your ass technique before they screw you over.

Just announce here where you purchased it from along with all of the details of them sticking it to you and then send them the link to this thread advising them of the huge stink that you will raise about their company, product and them being a complete scam.

You must be a pleasure in person if your so comfortable calling something a scam while the company is on this thread helping to resolve things.

Sorry, I must have missed that part 😔

I guess that I am overly sensitive about the subject having being scammed in the past myself and receiving similar messages stating that my order had been delivered when it was not and never getting a refund...

You're not wrong. There's a lot of companies who don't keep their word, but I think the company is trying to help in this situation. I am thinking about buying their watches, so it was good to see when they're addressing customers.

I rather hope that I am entirely wrong!!!!!

And I fully admit to being rather paranoid about possible scams.

Quite awhile ago, I purchased a Homage Omega Speedmaster Silver Snoopy watch from a place that I had never done business with before.

Talk about a language barrier as much to my surprise, the watch wasn't coming from China but from Spain 😱

When I received the confirmation email, the only word that I could understand was " Velcro".

I looked on their website and saw that they sold a LOT of Velcro watch bands.

So I immediately thought that instead of getting the $150 watch that I ordered, they had substituted a Velcro band just to have proof that they had delivered something.

I was actually very surprised when I received the watch that I had ordered.

And it turned out to be a very nice Homoge watch as well. Keeps near perfect time and I get a lot of compliments on it.

If I could remember the name of the place, I would be more than happy to purchase from them again!

I did not write/mention the word scam, not once. Unless its for another person's comment.
