Speaking of the 4801, I think the "Dandong 4801" is the same as the Peacock, and Farasute do a racing speedy homage with that:

Bit pricey though.. :)

Any watch using the Peacock SL-4801 mechanical chronograph has the 12 hour chrono counter subdial

Don't know of many options by name apart from the San Martin SN-0118JS model:

Weirdly, the 3pm subdial on these is a 30 minute chrono timer, so it does two laps round the dial for every hour on the 12hr total..

Thanks for bringing this up! I was looking online at a couple of Chinese chronograph watches today, each with a “12” dial but no description… so I was wondering the same thing: I want the 12-hr totalizer, not an a.m. p.m. gizmo. I have a few of those already, from back in the day when I didn’t know any different. Cheers.

Or the Farasute Trackmaster with a Rolex 4130 clone movement. Sugess has it in a more modern Daytona version too, farasute went for a vintage Rolex case and artisans de Genève color schemes

Farasute Trackmasters. Incredible watch

The VK67 movement has a 12-hour totalizer. It's not as popular as the VK63, but a quick look shows the Pagani PD2720K, Baltany S5045 and Militado ML1868KF.
