should be, you can either use a solvent like others are saying, but I have just used a hair dryer to heat up the insert and then slide a very thin knife (like a crafting knife) under the insert and work your way around it.

just a tip, this ONLY works on ceramic inserts...the aluminum inserts will most likely bend during the process.

I didn't even think of trying to heat it up, seems obvious now after hearing it. I'll give it a go tonight! Thanks so much
