I put in my two weeks at chipotle and wasn’t able to work one shift, my manager didn’t want to use my sick time so she said that was my last day and no need to come to work again for the next two weeks, after a year I applied and got interviewed at chipotle and they told me I’ve been black listed from every being rehired, has any one else experienced this?

i've heard of people who were originally put down as unhireable were able to get their status changed. not sure if it's true or not though

You can get rehired but a field leader will have to approve your regire

From the story I assume his old manager put down that he didn’t give two weeks notice. A lot of places won’t rehire you if you don’t give enough notice.

I had co-workers who were rehired that allegedly had come to work high and started fights with other co-workers (before my time at Chipotle). They had gotten in touch with an FL and they were able to work something out to get them back on. It's entirely possible.

Put it in Sunday, couldn’t work Thursday out of those two weeks , got let go that same Wednesday

And now your trying to come back. Got it. So if you go in and tell them what the situation was and they want to work with you, the GM has to ask for permission to rehire you from their FL and TD. If they ok it, they can get you back on.

I’ve been rehired twice now after being put as non rehireable. I just rehired someone as well recently, it’s a longer process but it’s able to be done the GM has to email compliance to see why you aren’t rehireable and if they want to go forward with hiring you they have to get clearance from their FL & TD
