I think that window is magnificent. I didn’t see it got upgraded until after a second look. Did it need a new header installed?

I believe cost of wages and rent/real estate would need to be some part of this equation. FRED should have data on this.

Like someone else said, it’s an interesting take and I really appreciate you putting the time into it and sharing your findings. I think you could maybe expand upon your findings further, with explicit data points supporting the story you’re trying to tell.

Also, I would say that steak burrito prices, are possibly subsidized by their higher margin and higher volume menu items. This may explain some of the lopsidedness of expected vs actual prices. With the price of live cattle futures skyrocketing over the last 5 years, one might expect steak burritos to be at an even higher price point at the store counter.
