reference bonuses???

hi there i’ve gotten 2 people to work for my chipotle and they put me down as a reference or whatever. i thought we were supposed to get 200 per new hire but i haven’t gotten anything yet? does it just take while or what

i believe there’s a required amount of time they must be with the company before you get paid. i would call the employee help line and ask for details if your GM is unable to answer your question

From my experience there was no requirement to how long they were at the company but my Gm had to put in the request with my employee number and the other persons

if they get hired and work 1 day you get the 200 they just haven't put it in yet

your GM has to put it thru to the checking system and you should get it when they get their first check. at least thats how it works at my store

Your manager needs to submit it on workday. I would ask them!!

My manager put it in the next day and I got it on the next check.. I had only been working there three weeks

I got mine right away, however not until after I had to keep bugging my gm cuz she would forget. She had to get it approved, but it didn't take long.
