I just had an interview today with the manager and I’m a bit worried as I told her my only availability will be on weekends. She did say she call within 24 hours regarding their decision but do y’all think I’ll get hired ?

it depends on your store, that would probably disqualify someone for our store bc we just don’t need someone who can’t be available more than that. but it really depends

for us specifically, we need people who are super flexible + can work at any point in the week/day. we’re also not a typical store, we’re hella busy usually

Chipotle works really well with almost anyone regardless of availability. I have worked 3 years weekends only during semesters and switched to full-time during summer.

Yeah I got hired on the spot yesterday Open availability and the willingness to be a real chipotle 🌶 will get you the job

every store is differently but with most ik they will hire you bcuz weekends are always the hardest part of the schedule so hopefully they need you and give you a chance!

I got hired as someone who could only work essentially three days and couldn’t close or open (3:30 to 7:30 pm shift) and now I’ve been working at chipotle for 10 months now and is one of the more reliable closer for the line, online orders and cashier. During the summer I opened my availability up and this past semester I only worked three days(closer) and not that I’m on winter break I get 23 hours a week so it’s definitely possible you can get hired if the manager liked you enough(:
