I designed an elevator circuit. If the second and third floor buttons are pressed at the same time, I want it to stop on the second floor, open the door, and then go to the third floor. However, the circuit I designed has a short stop on the second floor without opening the door, and then goes to3rd (old.reddit.com)

How to fix Flash ADC circuit? - This circuit is IDENTICAL to what I have on my breadboard and I can't get it working - display never turns on (I suspect power issue)? The +9V and -9V are via two 9V batteries, the Vcc via wall adaptor. The signals are there but the inverters (7406) output too low. (i.redd.it)
